Contest Overview AgentFlow AI GmbH ("we," "us," or "Synthflow") is hosting a contest ("Contest") to encourage creativity and innovation in building Voice AI templates. By participating, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Contest Purpose

The contest aims to:

1. Promote creativity and innovation in building Voice AI templates.
2. Provide high-quality resources to populate the newly launched Marketplace.
3. Create a vibrant community where users can learn best practices from one another.

Rewards

1. Top-1 Template:
   • 1,000 minutes
   • $500 cash
   • A live template build session with Kevin from Synthflow AI
2. Top-3 Templates:
   • 1,000 minutes each
   • $300 cash each
3. Top-10 Templates:
   • 500 minutes each

Participation Process

1. How to Submit:

   Visit the “Templates” tab in your assistant and click “Send to Review.”

   • Ensure you remove any sensitive information before submitting.
   • Submissions must include a template and supporting documentation, preferably in the form of a video.

2. Top-1 Prize Requirement:

   • To be considered for the Top-1 Prize, fill out the Top Prize Interest Form to confirm:
     • Your willingness to participate in a live build session with Kevin from Synthflow AI.
     • The template name and template ID of your submission.
   • The form will include fields for your full name, email address, and acknowledgment of the prize requirements.
