The Role: Drive, Refine, Elevate
We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and creative Head of Product Marketing to lead our marketing efforts at Synthflow AI. In this role, you will take charge of optimising our customer journey, focusing on conversion rates, and mainly driving product marketing initiatives that increase retention and deepen customer engagement. You’ll be pivotal in crafting and executing strategic marketing plans that resonate with our B2B audience, ensuring our product stands out in a competitive landscape. 💡
What You’ll Do:
- Optimise Conversions: Take full ownership of our customer acquisition and retention funnel, creating and implementing product marketing initiatives that improve conversion rates at every stage. 📈
- Strategies for Retention: Develop and execute marketing strategies to deepen engagement and loyalty among our existing customer base. 🎯
- Lead Product Launches: Orchestrate go-to-market (GTM) launches, ensuring that every product release is aligned with our customers’ needs and positions Synthflow AI as a market leader. 🚀
- Refine Our Narrative: Continuously improve our sales narrative and pitch deck as our product evolves, ensuring our messaging is always on point and relevant to our target audience. ✨
- Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the market by targeting our ideal customer profiles and identify their pain points and how our product will free more capacity 🧠
- Content Creation: Support our marketing efforts with compelling written and video content, enhancing our campaigns across social media, website landing pages, and other channels. ✍️
- Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with cross-functional teams, from SEO and SEM specialists to content creators, ensuring all marketing efforts are cohesive and effective. 🤝
- Be Versatile: Aid our other marketing functions such as influencer management, events, and PR, adapting to the needs of our growing team. 🔄
Who You Are:
- Product Marketing Expert: You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within an early-stage B2B SaaS company, with a strong focus on optimising conversion rates and customer retention. 🎓
- Data-Driven Marketer: You’re skilled in using data to inform your decisions, ensuring every strategy you implement drives measurable results. 📊
